Since VIAGRA® is not an extended-release drug, the dosage may be lowered to 50/25 mg by splitting the tablet into halves and quarters with a special pill cutter.

Indications and Precautions

Viagra 100 mg is administered to male patients, 18 years old and above, diagnosed with ED.

100 mg tablets, the strongest dosage, are typically administered after 25mg or 50mg Viagra failes to supply the desired effect. Only doctors can decrease or increase dosage.

For better results, VIAGRA should be taken 30 minutes up to 1 hour prior to sexual intercourse. The effects might be reached during 4-6 hours after intake.

Taking VIAGRA may cause drowsiness, so it not advised not to take alcohol and drive cars after intake.

Side effects that might be associated with Viagra include nausea, fever, fatigue, priapism, tingling on the tips of the fingers and toes, blurred vision, hypotension, and some allergic reactions.

Adverse reactions that persist require immediate medical attention.
